CENRO RM Provides Lecture to Monte Alegre NHS

On April 12, 2023, personnel from Ramon Magsaysay's Community Environment and Natural Resources Office provided a lecture on Ecological Solid Waste Management and Global Warming to Monte Alegre National High School Grade 12 students at the Liargao Agri Manufacturing Corporation in Purok 3, Poblacion, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur to address issues concerning the environmental effects of Climate Change on farm practices and the threat to food security.

The action was taken in response to an invitation sent out by LAMCORP President/CEO, Mr. Reynaldo D. Sanson, requesting the office to conduct a short lecture to the students as part of a series of activities scheduled to complete the 80-hours work immersion requirements set by the Department of Education under the Senior High School program.
