According to the report of PMAJ Edison F. When accosted, the suspects do not have the necessary permits which prompted the PNP to seize said conveyance and lumber and place the suspects under arrest.
Immediately, they informed CENRO Siocon personnel and properly turned-over the apprehended items as they took custody of the 10 violators while CENRO Siocon prepared the necessary documents for filing of criminal charges for violation of Sec 77 of PD 705 or the Philippine Forestry Code as amended by EO 277.
