ICYMI: The DENR IX PRIME-HRM through its Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) Committee gave an On-the-Spot Award to DENR IX Officers and Officials during the 2nd Regional Management Conference on May 9-10, 2023 at the DENR 9 Conference Room, Balintawak, Pagadian City.

In-Charge, Office of the Regional Director Ronald D. Gadot and OIC-Assistant Regional Director for Management Services Dante A. Oporto awarded a certificate to CENROs: Manukan, Siocon, Imelda, Kabasalan, and the Regional Division Offices: Licenses, Patents and Deeds (LPDD), Enforcement, and Finance for having a Zero Backlog in terms of Physical Accomplishment. The PRAISE Committee acknowledged their delivery of quality service that provided high impact to the DENR IX Physical Accomplishment for the 1st Quarter of CY 2023.

Another On-the-Spot Award were given based on the over-all Budget Utilization Rate (BUR). In terms of Obligation Rate, PENRO Zamboanga del Norte was awarded with the Highest Financial Performance. PENRO Zamboanga Sibugay was also given a recognition of the Highest Financial Performance in terms of Disbursement Rate. These awards were given in recognition of their efforts in giving smooth and quality financial utilization that contributes to the Financial Accomplishments of the Office for the 1st Quarter of CY 2023.

Also present during the conference were EMB 9 Regional Director Alex D. Jimenez, MGB 9 Regional Director Hernani Abdon represented by Engr. Ventrick Ceazar A. Albano, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Officers (PENROs), Community Environment and Natural Resources Officers (CENROs), and the Regional Office Division Chiefs.
