CENRO-IX-A3 Office is located in the municipality of Liloy, Province of Zamboanga del Norte. Its territorial   jurisdiction  comprises eight municipalities within the 3rd congressional district of same province; namely:  Leon B. Postigo, Salug,  Godod,  Liloy,  Tampilisan,  Labason,  Kalawit and Gutalac having 182 barangays with a total land area of  174,962.92 hectares of which Alienable and Disposable land totals to 76,129.75 hectares and Timberland with a total area of 98,833.20 hectares. It is approximately one hundred thirty two (132) kilometers away from the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) situated  atDipolog City, the provincial capital of  Zamboanga del Norte.

 The office has a total man power of Forty Four (44) personnel of which Thirty One (31) are regular employees, One (1) Casual Laborer with plantilla appointment, Five (5) Extension Officers and Seven (7) Job Order who are capable to carry out the workload of the office and mandated tasks of the department.

                For the first time in 30 years, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources paid tribute to all previous secretaries of the agency, whom Secretary Roy A.
